Federico Herrero enjoys the same success with his works on walls, the floor and asphalt as with his works on canvas. The place
has no meaning, just like the size of the brush, the type of paint and the size of the predetermined paint surface. His interest in
painting lies in the very process of the application of the paint pigment on those places where, according to his feelings, it is
essential. Therefore in his works there are paintings of buses, swimming pools, patios and whole buildings. In this way Federico
Herrero opposes the traditional notion of the space of the painting, expanding it for new possibilities.
