Kormeling’s works are playful, bright and alluring. His projects are hard to pin down as a certain defined type of art. In his works the artist shows us a new type of artistic consciousness that is capable of re?examining the entire surrounding reality. His artistic strategy reminds one of the work of the creative department of an advertising agency where change in architectural landscape and package design are capital. Art and the way it expresses things are for Kormeling inseparable and therefore a work is not so much a finished result but rather the process of creation itself.
